STS REHEARSAL POLICY

1) No Smoking in building.

2) STS will not be responsible for articles left behind.

3) All studio room rental prices are to be paid before rehearsal starts and prices are based on a two-hour minimum.

4) Any studio room rented less than two hours, requires a $5 surcharge fee.

5) Studio rooms may be rented at 1 hour and 1-½ hour increments. No rentals are less than 1 hour.

6) To cancel a reservation, you must notify STS 48 hours from the reservation date or there will be cancellation fee of ½ the cost of the studio room rental.

7) STS reserves the right to refuse service or terminate studio time for any reason.

8) BLOCK RENTALS: A block is a minimum of any four or more room rentals on any studio room.

  • a. All block rentals are PREPAID and NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • b. Block rentals will be at a discounted rate at $2 per hour.

  • c. You may change the day or hours on block rentals ONLY if there is a cancellation, and you call within 24 hours of the time you want to change. If the change can be made, it will be considered permanent.
